The practice of educational leadership is undergoing unprecedented change as pressure mounts to improve schooling effectiveness and to develop new delivery systems in a world of diminished resources. The Educational Development Leadership Academy (ELDA, a premier program for principal professional development) at the University of San Diego’s School of Leadership and Education Sciences is sponsoring a comprehensive institute in June 2006 to help administrators meet the challenge. The institute gives a limited number of participants the opportunity for intensive interaction with nationally recognized experts on a range of topics over a five-day period. Participants will be provided with background readings, case studies, and questions to think about prior to attending the institute. Click below to learn more.
